分隔片主要用於分條完成品整齊收捲工作，使其每一寬度之鋼帶能保持一定的間隙鋼帶收捲時不錯層，其材質的選用均以耐磨為主要考量，本公司分隔片，在熱處理及鏡面研磨後會在表面鍍上一層硬質鉻，藉此來提高分隔片耐用度。
